This fabulous efficiency can be rented alone or in conjunction with any of our other units.  This large room with a private entrance has two sets of bunks, two dressers, a desk, cable television, and a sleeper sofa (coming soon).  Also includes a full bath, mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.   Reminiscent of a French cafe, our lovely courtyard (shared with Condos A & B) has seating for 40 at lovely wrought iron tables and chairs, beautiful flowers, a fountain, and a gas grill.  Included with rental: one off-street parking space and two beach tags.
