There’s no better setting for a Tea Party Birthday Party than The Victoria Inn. Located in the heart of Ocean City, NJ, our tea parties are individually tailored for girls of all ages and include the following:
· Exquisite Victorian home, beautifully decorated for the occasion with balloons, ribbons, beads and garlands.
· Terrific location, just one block to the beach and boardwalk!
· Spectacular table setting with real china, antique crystal cake platters, cut-glass punch bowls, and floral centerpieces.
· A special “princess” chair for the party girl, decorated with silk flowers, bows, ribbons and tulle.
· Themed music
· Individual photo for each special guest
· An individual and group photo for the birthday girl
· Craft: Choose one: make your own princess crown, create a jeweled picture frame, jewelry making, or purse decorating.
· Party Games: “hot” tea cup, “tea bag” toss, pin the earring on the princess…
· Menu:
o Tea Sandwiches (choice of three): Ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, egg salad, cucumber and cream cheese, cream cheese and jelly, American cheese
o Fruit or vegetable garnish
o Hot tea or hot cocoa
o Fruit punch or lemonade
o Beautiful cupcake with birthday candle or decorated sugar cookie
· Number of children: 12. Up to 2 more for an additional $25 per child.
· Rate: $600 for up to 12 children
· Availability:
o October thru March: Sunday through Thursday
o April, May, early June and September: Sunday through Wednesday
o Friday and Saturdays available with sleepover package only.
o Sorry, tea parties are not available in the summer months except as an add-on to a weekly rental.
· Times: 12:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.
· Length of Party: 1.5 hours (additional half hour with second craft $120)
· Add-ons
o For the parents: tea sandwiches, fruit or vegetable tray, pasta salad, dessert tray, fruit punch or pink lemonade. $20 per person, 6 person minimum, 12 person maximum.
o Sleepover accommodations for up to 20 guests. Arrive at 4:00 p.m. for your tea party, depart the next morning at 10:00 a.m.
§ Rates vary depending on night (Friday and Saturday nights are higher) and season: $500 to $800. Parent supervision is required.
