Conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City, just one block to the beach and boardwalk, our lovingly restored, circa 1915 Victorian has four units and can accommodate up to 40 guests in 14 bedrooms.  Three of the four units are available for rent; we occupy the fourth.  Our “Main House” is the stunning three floor, seven bedroom (sleeps 20), beautifully furnished Victorian.  The Main House actually comprises the second, third and fourth floors of the building.  A completely separate unit, Condo A is the first floor, ground level unit below the Main House.  Condo A is a terrific “handicap friendly” four bedroom unit (sleeps 12) with a brand new kitchen, full bath and tavern-style dining room.  Condo B can be rented as a two bedroom, 1.5 bath (sleeps 5) or a three bedroom (sleeps 9), 2.5 bath.  Condo B is the first floor addition to the Victorian, built approximately 60 years ago, entirely renovated with a new kitchen and updated baths.  Condo B is attached to the back right corner of Condo A via a breezeway leading to our lovely courtyard; shared by the condos. Our unit is above Condo B.  You may rent any combination of our units, depending on availability. 

All of our units have been completely renovated, are very well maintained, and have many modern amenities including air conditioning, secured wireless internet, televisions in each bedroom (most with cable, some with attached dvd or vcr players), and 32 inch flat screen televisions with cable and dvd players in the family rooms.  Each unit has one to two assigned parking spaces and two to ten beach tags.  Two fully enclosed outdoor showers with dressing rooms are available from May through September and may be used late on your date of departure.
